On-Site Wedding Coordinator Venue Manager
During each of your events, a wedding coordinator will be onsite to ensure a seamless, stress-less experience for you. They will not only greet and assist vendors as they arrive, but they'll ensure everything is executed according to plan. From setup to tear down they will be there, making sure that your vendor team and The Blum Barn Estate are meeting all of your expectations.

With only one wedding scheduled per day, enjoy exclusive, private access for the duration of your stay. No wedding factory here. We treat all of our couples and their accompanying guests like family. Friend, The Farm is all yours
Locations as unique as you
Are you stuck driving between multiple photo spots ? Here you can look like you visited 10 unique locations all on-site. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception Plenty of room for plenty of guests. Whether 2 people or 200. Spaces for your unique needs from the morning of your wedding to your last dance.
Why Blum Barn?
1. Multiple (4) wedding ceremony sites that are designed with the bride in mind. No walking on muddy grass or getting your dress dirty walking down the aisle. No build your own arbor ... they are already there professionally built and dramatic.
a. The traditional white arbor on the paver patio. Seats over 200. Hard surface, quick to dry from rain.
b. The huge black pergola with wood backdrop & cement interlaced with artificial grass. Seats 150. Hard surface to walk on & drains & dries quickly. Immediately next to a lavender field that naturally gets rid of mosquitos.
c. The Cedar Pergola that is raised on a concrete pad with an artificial turf area that seats 250 Engineered to dry quickly & keep you out of the mud.
d. the indoor RAIN back-up gives you peace of mind. Seats 250 and is air conditioned to protect you from extreme heat or rain.

Rain.. we have you covered.
Power loss? We have an industrial back-up generator that will run the entire estate so you don't have to worry about an outage the day before or day of your wedding.

RELAX.. No rushing!
1. Friday day before set-up. Practice your wedding day walk in the day before. Don't get anxiety about EVERYTHING being set-up the day of your wedding. Your wedding day should be relaxed not freaking you out the morning of to set-up or worry about the order of your wedding party or the timing of your walk down the aisle.
2. Personal items... come back on Sunday & pic them up. No rush on the night of to get your personal decor out & remove everything for the next bride.
3. Want to do a rehearsal dinner. Talk to us. We can actually accommodate an informal dinner.

EXTRAS PIZZAZ that is unbeatable in the SE Michigan market.
1. On site 1940 Packard (if no rain). This running car that is a photo prop usually rents locally for over $900 for a 3 hour block. As we build back better we are offering it for no additional charge .. yes FREE! Check out Chicago Vintage Rental or Motor City Vintage rental to see the HUGE value of this masterpiece.
2. 5 Cold Spark machines. Yes... instead of just sparklers... cold spark machines that shoot up sparklers 5-8 feet in the air for the dramatic finish to the night.
